Pete Shepley founded PSE (Precision Shooting Equipment) in 1970. Over five decades the company has produced a wide range of compound bows for hunting and competitive shooting. Compound archery appears in events like the World Archery Championships and the World Games; the Olympics use recurve bows. Modern PSE models reflect advances in materials, tunability, and fit for different shooting styles.

Touchscreen monitors combine display and input on one surface. Since early experiments in the 1970s and commercial examples like the HP-150, touch technologies - especially projected capacitive - have become central to phones, kiosks, appliances, and industrial controls. Designers address ergonomics, durability, and accessibility while integrating touch controllers into SoCs and operating systems.
